1. Acceptance

By using Brick Builder you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and verify it before generating builds.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload photos containing illegal content, personally identifying information of others without consent, or content infringing intellectual-property rights.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel any time via the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Generation quotas reset at the start of each calendar month.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Generated brick models are produced by an AI vision model and may not be accurate, complete, or structurally sound. STL files are provided for 3D printing at your own risk.

6. Independence

Brick Builder is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any toy or construction-brick manufacturer. References to standard stud-compatible bricks are descriptive only.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
